Return Window:

  • You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return any items for a refund or exchange.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refund or Exchange:

  • You can choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or exchange the item for a different product of equal value.

Restocking Fees:

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns to cover processing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Process for Initiating Returns:

  1. Contact our customer service team at relief.thestore@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return is approved, securely package the item(s) and include the return authorization number.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.

International Returns:

  • International returns may be subject to additional shipping fees and customs duties. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with international returns.
